Interested in partnering with a youth- and community-minded organization that focuses not only on today’s accomplishments, but tomorrow’s successes? More than 22 years ago, the Uptown Music Collective opened its doors with one goal in mind: to teach music to young people with a passion to learn and to instill in them the importance of proper technique, discipline, respect, tradition, teamwork, responsibility, communication, community, and leadership – all critical components of achieving an enriching and successful future. And after more than two decades of meeting that mission, the Uptown Music Collective has become a highly recognized and respected nonprofit school of music that continues to lead its students to personal pathways of success. 

But the Collective wouldn’t survive without the unwavering support of the community. The UMC Partnership Program is one of the most critical elements in keeping tuition rates as low as possible. In a world where everything else is going up, the Collective’s families will not experience a tuition increase and have not for several years. Thanks to the support of our partners, our families can continue to send their students to the UMC, where they can keep doing what they love.

At the Uptown Music Collective, we appreciate our partners so much that we offer them as much as we can throughout the year as a small token of our appreciation. Our partners are a large part of our highly acclaimed and extremely popular Major Performance Program, which consists of four shows at Williamsport’s historic Community Arts Center. Benefits tied to our Performance Program include on-stage recognition, access to tickets to all UMC Community Arts Center performances, appearing on CAC display screens during UMC shows, and more. Beyond the performances, partners regularly appear on the Collective’s social channels and in other media outlets, are named in scholarships, recognized on the Collective’s website, and so much more.
