November 19th & 20th – 7:30 PM

Performances will be held at the Community Arts Center, in Williamsport, PA.

The students of the Uptown Music Collective return to the Community Arts Center stage to kick off their 2021-2022 Performance Season with WUMC: FM Radio Hits of the ‘70s. This performance will focus on radio rock & pop hits of the 1970s from artists such as Bruce Springsteen, The Steve Miller Band, Peter Frampton, Free, Heart, Bob Seger, Blondie, Pat Benatar, Eddie Money, Meat Loaf, and many more. This concert will be unlike anything the school has presented before, featuring area DJ’s live on stage, giving the audience a “retro ‘70s radio atmosphere” while adding a new and exciting element to the Collective’s traditionally outstanding live performances.

In light of the growing number of COVID-19 cases in Lycoming County and in accordance with current directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Pennsylvania College of Technology and the Community Arts Center will be requiring masks indoors for everyone regardless of their vaccination status. This decision will be reevaluated every two weeks. The decision will be informed by local case numbers, vaccination rates, test positivity rates, and the level of spread in Lycoming County. Depending on the review of these metrics, it is possible that these performances may require both a ticket and a mask.

When required, if you do not feel you can attend a performance and wear a mask, please notify the Box Office and we will refund the cost of your tickets. No one will be allowed into the theatre without a mask, so please don’t attend if you feel you can’t comply with this directive.
