 The Uptown Music Collective’s 2023-2024 Performance Season kicked off this weekend with our massively fun presentation of It Came From the ‘80s: New Wave to Pop Rock at the Community Arts Center in Downtown Williamsport. We had over 1,400 friends and fans in the house over the two-night presentation…THANK YOU to everyone who purchased tickets and joined in the fun this weekend!!!

A production of this scale takes a lot of support and we would be remiss if we didn’t take a moment to thank everyone involved…

New Wave to Pop Rock

November 10th & 11th, 2023 – 7:30 p.m.

We are excited to officially announce the FIRST show of the Collective’s 23-24 performance season… It Came From the ‘80s: New Wave to Pop Rock happening on November 10th & 11th, 2023 at 7:30 pm at the Community Arts Center in Downtown Williamsport!
The talented students of Uptown Music Collective will bring the sounds of ‘80s new wave and pop rock alive on the CAC stage with this massive first show of the season! Featuring some of the era’s most iconic music from artists such as The Police, Talking Heads, Blondie, The Cure, Hall and Oats, REM, Huey Lewis & The News, and more. Don’t miss this epically exciting show, as the UMC breathes new life into this classic era of music! Tickets will be $20 in advance and $25 night of the show (plus ticketing fees).

Note: Tickets for this performance will be “reserved seating”, no longer “general admission”. You will pick your seats on the CAC website when you order tickets!
