Our Alumni are an important part of who we are, who we have been, and who we will be.
They found their passion inside the walls of our building and have continued to live that passion every single day since.
The Collective has sent 10 students to Berklee College of Music, and many more on to study music business, production, or education at schools across the country. They take what they’ve learned at the Collective and use it to pursue successful careers in music.
But our alumni are also doctors, lawyers, business people, homemakers, community leaders, and passionate, well-rounded humans who still love music.
This is the Collective’s ultimate vision come to life.

The arts have become the foundation for my life, using music as a way to de-stress, design as a career, and a general appreciation of all creative endeavors.
My experience at the Collective and with Dave, in general, prepared me for so many challenges in life that I did not see or appreciate until I was older. Learning a musical instrument and how to understand music, in general, is a very intimidating thing when you are just starting out and I thought of it as almost a lark when I went to my first lesson back in 1993. That day ended up being the beginning of the rest of my life. I learned I could do things I never thought possible.
